Great Weekend


  • We had a great weekend. My grandpas baptism was amazing. His confirmation blessing was really cool. He's had to talk to President Hinckley a few times (before he was the prophet as well as after). In his blessing he was told that President Hinckley loves him (my uncle stated it with a lot of conviction). He was told that the reason President Hinckley's life was extended for 2 years was because he was waiting for my grandpa to come back to the church. Which I totally believe because a few days after Pres. Hinckley approved his re-baptism, President Hinckley died. Weird huh? I thought that was SO cool.



  • Brodey's Blessing was also good. It was so nice having all of my family in town for it. Pete gave a beautiful blessing. And Brodey was good the whole time. He didn't cry at all. Bryson screamed all through his. These boys of mine are the complete opposite of each other. Brodey is such a calm happy baby. He never cries, he sleeps all day, and he sleeps all night. It's so nice.



  • While everyone was in town we took family pictures. They turned out really good. I took all of them but the group ones. For that we put the camera on a tripod and just had someone click the button after I had it all set up. You'll have to check out my photography blog. I'm going to put them on there. By the way, the space in the group picture is supposed to be there because we're going to insert my brother Keith, who's on a mission. My sister Lana and Marinda wanted some pictures of themselves too. So, I took some for them on Saturday. They turned out so good. Those are already on my photography blog. You'll have to look at them.

    So sorry I wasnt able to make it to the blessing. My church got over at 1200 and Bo had taken both boys home after sacrament (naps) and I had to find a ride home. By the time I had gotten home, I figured by the time I got to the church adn everything that I would have missed it. I'm sure it was amazing. Both your boys look so handsome. I'm so happy for your grandpa. Thats totally awesome. You look AMAZING byw. You cant even tell that you just had a baby- what liek not even two weeks ago. You look so great. Good for you girl. love ya

    PS. in answer to your question, No we are not selling a lot of them. No one really knows about us yet. We're hoping for good word of mouth. So if you wouldnt mind, please tell everyone you know, that is pregant or going to throw a shower. Thatd be great. thanks

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Here's a video clip of one of daddy's transactions with Bryson. It's so funny....you have to watch it!

Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Bryson's Girlfriend

Bryson has a little girlfriend at church. They are so cute together {they even look alike}. They stick up for each other in nursery. If a child picks up a toy that Bryson had been playing with, she takes it away from them and tells them it's Bryson's. She is also his first kiss. You go boy!Her dad told us that last sunday she was excited to go to church. She said, "I get to see Bryson today. He's so hansome!" This morning Bryson told me that he loved her, and that they were going to get married in the temple, and give kisses and love. Too cute. We always have to let them play together after church is over because we can't seperate them. So, us parents just stand there and laugh at them. Yesterday they had a fun during their "play time". The were splashing each other with water from the drinking fountain. It was pretty funny. We hope they'll really get married. We'll have to keep in touch with her parents. Ha ha.
