Cookies, Beans, Rice, and Noodles
Today we were bored...what's new? We decided to make cookies. We didn't cook the dough. We just ate it. I've never been one to bake the cookies. When I lived at home, when I was younger, I would make the dough and my mom would bake the cookies. She hated making the dough. So, it worked out perfectly. Now, that my mom's not around, they never end up in the oven. Ohh well.
Here's my little helper.
We were still bored so I got creative. I pulled all the raw noodles, rice, and beans I could find out of my cupboard and poured them into a big bowl. Then, I put animals, spoons, little cups, ect. into the mixture and let Bryson have a hayday with it. He loved it. It kept him busy for quit a while.
that is such a good idea. I should try that sometime. obtw, We went to golfland the other day and we had to pay for golfing. (lame-o) anywho, COltin was sooo excited that he didnt have to share a club with bryson. hehe. how funny is that. I've been looking for some clubs for coltin for christmas, no luck yet. Hopefully soon.

ReplyDeleteThat makes me laugh that your dough never makes it to the oven! And the beans look like fun!
ReplyDeleteI have a great recipe for chocolate chip oatmeal cookies that is delicious just as dough. And its great because there are no eggs in the recipe, so no worries about getting sick.
