Really Good Fry Bread
My friend Erika gave me this fry bread recipe. I hope she doesn't mind if I post it on here. It's really good. I think I ate four of them in one sitting.
2 Cups of Flour
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/4 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Water
Mix flour, baking powder, and salt together. Add oil and water and mix with a fork until dough forms. Knead for 2 minutes. Cover and rest for 10 minutes. Break them into like 8 balls. Then, roll the balls out until flat. Fry them on the stove for 1 minute on each side. Top with beans and cheese or make them sweet by spreading butter on them and then powdered suger. Both are delicious!
