Gym = Fatty
A few nights ago I started going to the gym again {and when I say again...I mean for the first time in like 4 years}. I was excited to go before I got there that first night. But, once I got there....

Yeah, it was embarrassing. I felt like everyone around me was skinny, which made me feel like the fattest person in the world. I kept thinking, "I need to loose weight so that I can come here and work out." Hello, isn't that {the gym} the place for me to do that? I guess I just have to keep going and eventually I'll be thinking, "I'm the skinniest person in here! Doesn't anyone care about their bodies anymore?"

ReplyDeleteOh Kaylea...you JUST had a baby, and that might have something to do with it...but everytime I see you I still think "I want her body!" So don't you worry. Its all in your head babe. But, it is a very funny post!!

ReplyDeletedon't forget about the 4th trimester!! Seriously, until the baby is older than 3 months your body is still recovering. So don't be too hard on yourself! I'm sure the pounds will start melting away before you know it. :)

ReplyDeleteyou just had a baby!!!! of course you are going to feel that way. you are a hot mama no matter what so no worries. the gym will be awesome fun once you start being consistent. but then who the heck is consistent when it comes to the gym lol
ReplyDeleteGirl- you just had a baby- give yourself a break! I know it's hard, I've been depressed and getting on myself a lot lately too- but when I step back and realize I've had 3 kids in the last 4 years... our bodies just need a chance to heal!
