Delivering His First Rose

Yesterday was Brittin's Birthday. Yes, they really are just 4 days apart. We went over to her house after church to give her the present Bryson bought for her {with his own birthday money}. I found this really pretty rose and I thought it would be so cute if he walked up and gave it to her as well. It was just as cute as I imagined!Bryson walking up with his present and flower.

Here's Bryson handing her the rose. She was so excited when he gave it to her. It was such a cute moment! We went inside and hung out for a little while. Brittin didn't put the rose down for more than a minute or two. She kept saying {in the cutest voice ever} ,"Thank you for the flower Bryson." It was SO dang cute.

Here's the two of them with the flower {yes, she's taller than him}. Notice Bryson's hand is holding her back. He did that all by himself. He knows what's up!

She just sat there on the couch for a long time looking at and smelling the flower. It was so sweet. I guess a girls love for flowers starts early, huh?

  2. Man what a fun birthday, making cakes, dressing up like spiderman, eatin' cookies. This is heaven for a preschooler. Boston turns 3 in about 3 weeks. Crazy! Maybe we should follow in Bryson's foot steps and dress up. Yeah!

  6. The love of flowers definitely starts early. And good job for teaching Bryson that important concept that a lot of guys (my husband included) don't fully understand. :)
