Better Than Sex Cake

Best cake ever....it's called Better Than Sex Cake, how can it not be great? Four layers of delicious-ness!

I made this cake last night and there is only 2 pieces left tonight. It was yummy. I've been craving it for a while so I finally bought all the ingredients and made it. Probably shouldn't have, but I couldn't help myself. Here's the recipe so ya'll can indulge with me. If you haven't tried it before....you totally should. It's SO yummy!

Crust:
1 cup of flour
1 stick of butter
2 tbs sugar

Mix all the ingredients together and press it down into a 9 by 13 inch pan. It looks like it won't cover it all, but it will. Just flatten it really well. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let it cool.

Second layer:
1 8oz package of cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup cool whip

Mix together. Spread it on top of cooled crust.

Third Layer:
2 3.9oz packages of instant chocolate pudding
2 1/2 cups of milk

Beat together. Spread on top of cream cheese layer.

Fourth Layer:
Spread the rest of the cool whip{buy the big container} on top of the pudding layer.

Refrigerate.

And, wala, you have your self a yummy treat.

    Looks good! I have had another cake that was called 'better than sex cake' - and i think it was the best thing in the whole world! I will try to track down the recipe and give it to you - I think you will enjoy it!

    I love that "scared cat" church advertisement too! I saw it at my parents house and I couldn't stop laughing/making fun of it! Who thinks of stuff like that? It was awesome!

    I also have a different recipe for better than sex cake. I don't remember the exact recipe but you make a chocolate cake and when it's out of the oven you poke holes in it and pour on condensed milk, hershey syrup, carmel topping, then top with whipped cream and crushed up toffee candy bar pieces. To die for!!

    Hahaha.....looks yummy.

    I remember how a guy I dated (you knew him) and all his friends would call El Pollo Loco--"El Pollo Sex", cause in their opinion, it was better than sex. This was coming from a bunch of RMs who weren't married yet, so go figure.

    Come on guys, it's just cake! Although, when you're tired it's sometimes more satisfying to just eat cake! THis is yummy, I made it for my sister-in-law's wedding dinner for 200 people!

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Bryson's Girlfriend

Bryson has a little girlfriend at church. They are so cute together {they even look alike}. They stick up for each other in nursery. If a child picks up a toy that Bryson had been playing with, she takes it away from them and tells them it's Bryson's. She is also his first kiss. You go boy!Her dad told us that last sunday she was excited to go to church. She said, "I get to see Bryson today. He's so hansome!" This morning Bryson told me that he loved her, and that they were going to get married in the temple, and give kisses and love. Too cute. We always have to let them play together after church is over because we can't seperate them. So, us parents just stand there and laugh at them. Yesterday they had a fun during their "play time". The were splashing each other with water from the drinking fountain. It was pretty funny. We hope they'll really get married. We'll have to keep in touch with her parents. Ha ha.
