Kidney Update

I went to the kidney doctor today. He was weird and not very helpful. All he told me was that it's common in pregnancy to have a fluid backup in your right kidney because the uterus is pushing up against it. He said I'll just have to live with the pain until I have the baby. He said I don't have kidney stones. But, I don't know if I totally believe him. The results at the ER showed otherwise. And, he wasn't very confident in his answer. So, pretty much it was a waste of time and money to go there. I didn't learn anything new and I'm still in pain. I want this baby out of me. 139 more days! I can do it, right?

    Yeah you can do it girl! That really sucks... like we need additional pain when we're pregnant, right?! At least we know it's not anything really serious, I know it doesn't help... sorry to hear your in so much pain!

    hang in there girl. You're strong. Remember what you're getting out of all this unbearable pain. You're getting a child that heavenly father wants you to take care of. It'll all be worth it in the end. Love ya

    I am so sorry that you are having a hard time with this pregnancy. You can do it though, your a tough cookie. Hey only 138 days now, we are counting down with you.

    If it makes you feel any better, 2 of my friends get kidney stones when they are pregnant. And only when they are pregnant. As soon as they have their baby it goes away. If you pass any I would keep it (gross I know) and show your dr so they can document it in your medical records.

    Oh girl...that is the PITS! I have been there-when you go to a Drs appt & leave more confused & upset then when you went in. Hopefully you have some good pain meds & don't worry about them harming your baby. When I was prego w/Brody, I got SO SICK I was on a ton of medication & even had to take steroids & he turned out perfect!

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Here's a video clip of one of daddy's transactions with Bryson. It's so funny....you have to watch it!

Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Bryson's Girlfriend

Bryson has a little girlfriend at church. They are so cute together {they even look alike}. They stick up for each other in nursery. If a child picks up a toy that Bryson had been playing with, she takes it away from them and tells them it's Bryson's. She is also his first kiss. You go boy!Her dad told us that last sunday she was excited to go to church. She said, "I get to see Bryson today. He's so hansome!" This morning Bryson told me that he loved her, and that they were going to get married in the temple, and give kisses and love. Too cute. We always have to let them play together after church is over because we can't seperate them. So, us parents just stand there and laugh at them. Yesterday they had a fun during their "play time". The were splashing each other with water from the drinking fountain. It was pretty funny. We hope they'll really get married. We'll have to keep in touch with her parents. Ha ha.
