Vision Board

I talked about the book called The Secret several months back. Well, they made a movie out of it. I watched it and loved it. It was so inspirational. In the book and movie they tell you to make a vision board. On this vision board you're supposed to put all the things that you want. And then using the steps they teach you, you can draw them to you. One guy said that he made one and hung it on his wall. Then, they moved and it got left in a packed box for 5 years. When he pulled it out of the box 5 years later he was shocked to find that he was living in the exact house he had put on his vision board. So, watch out people.....all my visions are going to come true.
A few things on my list:
Lots of camera equiptment
Get skinny
Go on a cruise
Own a boat
Go on a second honeymoon to a place that has a beach
Get a laptop
Get a new car {SUV}
Have a baby girl
Buy a rockin' {and comfy} pair of red heals
Buy a new {cute} couch
Buy a phone that can have e-mail/internet on it
Buy a new bed
Doesn't seem to impossible, right?

    i've partially read the book i had no idea they made a movie of it. thats so awesome. And Girl, your dreams do not sound unreasonable at all. thats a goood idea to make a board so u can really vizualize it. let me know what happens aboyt head start. obtw. i tagged youy. read my blog and do the teenage tag

    What a good idea. I haven't always been very good about dreaming and admitting that I wanted something, because then it was just so much more disapointing when I didn't get it or it didn't happen. But I realized that's not a very happy way to live life. And you're right when you allow yourself to dream... they actually come true more often. Way to go I hope you get them all.

    I've heard about these, and I've seriously wanted to do one. Maybe I'll get around to it someday. Maybe someday soon.

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Here's a video clip of one of daddy's transactions with Bryson. It's so funny....you have to watch it!

Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Bryson's Girlfriend

Bryson has a little girlfriend at church. They are so cute together {they even look alike}. They stick up for each other in nursery. If a child picks up a toy that Bryson had been playing with, she takes it away from them and tells them it's Bryson's. She is also his first kiss. You go boy!Her dad told us that last sunday she was excited to go to church. She said, "I get to see Bryson today. He's so hansome!" This morning Bryson told me that he loved her, and that they were going to get married in the temple, and give kisses and love. Too cute. We always have to let them play together after church is over because we can't seperate them. So, us parents just stand there and laugh at them. Yesterday they had a fun during their "play time". The were splashing each other with water from the drinking fountain. It was pretty funny. We hope they'll really get married. We'll have to keep in touch with her parents. Ha ha.
