In the last post I mentioned that we had to get some boxes out of storage. Well, we put them into storage when we had to move in with my parents once before...like 3 years ago. When I put all those boxes into storage I thought they would only be there for a few months. But, life gave us a few surprises and we ended up living at my parents for longer than expected. When we finally moved out of there the house we moved into was a little place. There wasn't room for much so we just left it all in storage. Then, we moved to that last apartment for like 4 months and still left them in storage because we knew we'd be there temporarily. Then, we moved here. And we finally have room for them all. It's been fun going through all the boxes and finding stuff I forgot I had. My kitchen is filling over with pots and pans again. I love it!

Here's me and my boys. If you'll look closely you'll see that Brodey is holding his own bottle {in a weird sort of way}. This is why we took the picture in the first place. It was really cute.

Yesterday after the house was {mostly} in order I put together Brodey's Jumparoo. I bought it way before he was born but hadn't opened yet. I thought maybe he was old enough to enjoy it now. He liked it at first....

then, he decided he didn't like it much....

and finally, he decided he didn't care....

and fell asleep. He looks so sweet, doesn't he? He's getting so big so fast. He's starting to laugh and be playful. I love it. He's such a good baby.

    It looks awesome! wow it looks like it has a ton of space. Brodey looks alot bigger. The pictures are way cute! have fun, love you!

    I know how you feel unpacking things you havn't seen in a while. When we were building our house, our stuff was in storage for a little over a year. It was fun seeing everything and having the room to put it all in!
    That's cute how Brodey fell asleep!

    your house is soooo cute. you've got a bigger kitchen than me(thats not saying much,but still) It's beautiful. Brodey is getting so big and i still have yet to see him. Any day next week would be good for me and my sis. what would work best for you?

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Here's a video clip of one of daddy's transactions with Bryson. It's so funny....you have to watch it!

Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Sk8ter Boy

Bryson has been asking for a skateboard for some time. So, today we finally bought him one. He's so excited about it. It's fun watching him figure out how to work it. He said,"Mom, this is how you pick it up." Then, he stepped on one end so that it popped up the other end. He grabbed the end that was in the air, and then took a bow. It was so funny.
