My little fisherman

For Christmas Grandpa Patenge bought Bryson a Spiderman fishin' pole. He told him he would take him fishin' sometime. Well, Today was the day! He was so excited last night. He had all of his clothes, shoes, hat, pole, and worm box all layed out on the couch so he'd be all ready for today. He kept asking if he could go to bed because he knew when he woke up it would be time to go. Pete's dad came and picked him and Bryson up at 8:00 am or so. They were gone until around 3:00 PM. Bryson fell asleep about 5 minutes after they headed for home. It's almost 6:00 pm and he's still asleep. He must have had a good time. He wore himself out. Pete said he was so good at fishin'. He said he'd cast his line out into the water so well. He didn't leave it in the water long though because he enjoyed the casting part to much. What a funny boy! I'm sure as soon as he wakes up I'm going to hear all his stories.Here's him waiting for Grandpa. He was all ready to go.

Here he is with Grandpa. What a great picture. I'm sure Bryson will make Grandpa take him out again. Sounds like he had too much fun.

    That is awesome. Thomas is always asking for spiderman everything! I better not show him these pics because then I'll have to get him that fishing pole, lol.

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Sk8ter Boy

Bryson has been asking for a skateboard for some time. So, today we finally bought him one. He's so excited about it. It's fun watching him figure out how to work it. He said,"Mom, this is how you pick it up." Then, he stepped on one end so that it popped up the other end. He grabbed the end that was in the air, and then took a bow. It was so funny.
