Bryson's Store
We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!}
Here's the front of his store.
I love how little kids think that cardboard boxes are the greatest things in the world! Seriously, I remember my mom complaining one Christmas because they had spent so much money on the presents, and all we wanted to play with were the boxes they had been wrapped up in!
ReplyDeleteThat is so fun....you guys are such good parents!! I remeber playing store when I was younger-loved it!! What a good idea!
ReplyDeleteI think you need to set him up in business at the foot of the drive way for REAL money! Start him saving his mission fund young! :-)
ReplyDeleteYou guys are so cute! It's amazing what kids can do with a cardboard box! Bryson is adorable :) You look so cute pregnant! Congrats on #2!!!

What a cute idea, I love it. My kids are so obsessed with boxes, well I guess you know that didn't they want to take one from your house once when you watched them. I love the store you guys made how creative. What a fun family.
