Trip to the zoo

On friday we went to the zoo. The news said it was going to be 86 degrees but it was really 96 degrees. So, it wasn't as enjoyable as we'd hoped it would be. I was dying! It was hot, I was pushing a thirty pound toddler in a stroller, and there were so many hills! I think we'll have to wait a few weeks to go back. We have a membership this year so we can go back as many times as we want. I'm excited. If anyone ever wants to go with us, let me know! Bryson petting a baby goat

Did you notice his batting glove on his right hand? It's not only a batting glove, it's a spiderman glove! He wears it everywhere we go these days. He likes to throw out a web every now and again. Watch out, he might be after you!

  1. Kaylea, this reminded me of a post a friend of mine did a few weeks ago. She's in Australia for a year and took her 2 yr old to a wallaby petting zoo for the first time. He ran up and started KISSING the kangaroos all over; their heads, mouths, tails, you name it. So so funny. I love kids at petting places, hilarious.

  2. Love the batting glove I was wondering what he was wearing. I love going to the zoo. Hopefully in a couple of weeks we can start going I need to do something with all these kids of mine. We'll have to go together, I am a member too.

  3. How fun is that? So cute, i love his little smile, he's adorable! I thought about getting a year pass too! But I hate driving, so I decided against it. Chloe's so lucky to have a boring hermit mother like me. Not.

Awe- I love that he was singing Mary had a little lamb. That's neat he put that song together with the animal. SO cute!
