I did hear gun shots!

So, I know what happened on Thursday night, when I heard the gun shots. A guy shot and killed his girlfriend at these apartments right down the street from me. After he shot her he took off running and fired a few more shots. So, he was REALLY close to my house when he was shooting the final shots. SCARY, huh? I could have died! Probably not, but I like to think that I could have. It makes me feel special that I lived through it. Ha ha ha. They never did catch the guy though. So, that's not a pleasant thought.

    Scary!! I am glad that you know what happened though. It is so sad that someone got killed. It makes me think where did the guy run off to, if they haven't found him. I am glad that you guys were okay, I would have pee'd my pants and never left my hallway. Talk to you later. : )

    I would be there in a heart beat if I could. But, there is no way we can afford a house. We can barely afford this dinky little duplex. Plus, our credit it trashed. Pete and I have had a lot of bad luck since we've been married. We lived at my parents house for a year. It's too bad you weren't on the street then. That would have been perfect. When Pete works night I'm over at my parents house. I'll stop by your house the next time I'm there.

Bryson's Store

We didn't have Family Home Evening last night, so we had it tonight. We made a little store for Bryson to sell candy from {it was his idea this morning}. He was in HEAVEN! Dad brought boxes home from work, bought candy on the way home, then came home and we all made it together. The huggies box is his cash register. And, we used fake money from one of our board games. We'd give Bryson the fake money and then he'd give us some candy. It was SO funny. He kept saying, "This is a fun activity!" {He picked this saying up from grandpa!} Here's the front of his store. Here's the back view of his store. Here's daddy buying his candy. When Bryson thought we had boughten enough candy, he told me to take his spot so he could buy some candy. He's not stupid! Break Dancer

We went to a wedding on Thursday night. It was a Argentine wedding so they had a ton of music and dancing. Bryson was in heaven. We couldn't get him off the dance floor! I recorded this video off of my phone so the quality isn't very good {because of the low lighing in the place}. But, hopefully, you'll still get the idea. Everyone was break dancing inside a circle. I could tell Bryson wanted to go out on the floor so bad. So, I told him to go do it. And he did. That part is at the very beginning of the video. Then, he went out and danced with everyone else. He had some good moves. I couldn't get too much on video because people kept walking in front of me. But, this should be enough to make you laugh .

Bryson's Girlfriend

Bryson has a little girlfriend at church. They are so cute together {they even look alike}. They stick up for each other in nursery. If a child picks up a toy that Bryson had been playing with, she takes it away from them and tells them it's Bryson's. She is also his first kiss. You go boy!Her dad told us that last sunday she was excited to go to church. She said, "I get to see Bryson today. He's so hansome!" This morning Bryson told me that he loved her, and that they were going to get married in the temple, and give kisses and love. Too cute. We always have to let them play together after church is over because we can't seperate them. So, us parents just stand there and laugh at them. Yesterday they had a fun during their "play time". The were splashing each other with water from the drinking fountain. It was pretty funny. We hope they'll really get married. We'll have to keep in touch with her parents. Ha ha.
