Just Us

I'm so excited this show is finally back! There were some funny people on tonight. There were also some really talented people. Can't wait until they start performing on stage together.

Anyone else watch this show? Pete and I love watching it together. But, this guy Matt is driving me CRAZY! When he talks he's so creepy that I just want to cover my face. His expressions are so weird and scary. I don't know how's he stayed on this long either. He always messes up. He better leave next week. Anyone else agree? Ha ha. Love it!

Hey Y'all My mom turned 55! She's an offical senior citizen! So, in her honor, we threw her a party. My brother works at Ned's Crazy Subs. So, he made her these awesome sandwiches. My dad ordered her a special cake. I love the candle. Here's the honored guest After everyone ate dinner and dessert she opened her presents. Friends and family from all over the country sent her cards. She was very suprised. My dad found all the letters she's written to her children while at college and on missions and printed them out and bound them into journals. It was really neat. She cried and said, "Finally, I have some history." You see, my dad has like 110 journals. She's always felt bad she hasn't had any. Her letters are pretty much her journals. So, now she has some. She was very excited. Then, we had a special program. Here's mom in the hot seat. Everyone there got to stand up and talk about my mom. It was really neat. A lot of nice things were said...

Pete finally made it down to the park with us. Brodey and I sat on the sidelines while Dad and Bryson played baseball abd football. My two studs. Bryson's gettin' ready to hit the ball. We ran out of bread and had no money to buy more. So, I made some! For those that REEEEALLY know me, know this is a miracle. I know it looks kinda funny, but it's not my fault. The bread maker shaped it this way.

I finally have the internet again!!! I missed it so much. Since I haven't posted much in so long I thought I'd just do an update on everything we have been up to. Here goes... The boys and I go for a bike almost everyday just to get out of the house. We got hail at our house a few days ago. We enjoyed playing in it with Hilarie and family. BTW, that's my front yard in this picture and the house you can see {with the two cars}....is Hilaries. That's how close we are. Funny, huh? Pete's hours keep getting cut at work. With for our bills is a bummer. But, is a plus because we get to spend time with him doing things we love...like taking naps. I found these two snuggling on the couch the other day. So cute! We go to the park just about everyday. Occasionally we go with Hilarie and Ryan. We've been playing a lot of Nintendo 64. Bryson has gotten really good at it. He can get first place in Mario Cart now. It's pretty impressive. Bryson kept saying he was bor...

So, today I got my camera. It's so amazing! I love it. I'm playing around with it and learning how it all works. Here's one picture I took. And I'm sure there will be thousands more to come! I found these awesome bubbles at wal-mart. They are called giant bubbles. I love them...and so do the kids.

Bryson has been asking for a skateboard for some time. So, today we finally bought him one. He's so excited about it. It's fun watching him figure out how to work it. He said,"Mom, this is how you pick it up." Then, he stepped on one end so that it popped up the other end. He grabbed the end that was in the air, and then took a bow. It was so funny.

A couple of days ago we went to the San Tan Village Mall thingy and played in the water. Bryson had a blast. And I had fun messing with my camera. Here are a few of the pictures.

I haven't posted in forever because I don't have the Internet right now. Grrrr. So, whenever I come to my parents I have to cram it all in. Last week we went to the lake and went jet skiing. It was so much fun. Bryson even went with us and went out on them. It was awesome. unfortunately I don't have any picture of it because I had to leave my camera behind so it wouldn't get wet.
